Customer service is great here! Everyone is very knowledgeable and willing to help. Prices are very reasonable. Keep up the good work
We needed a part for the boat, and the information we received as well as a quality part that was in stock was perfect. They also waited for us to get there 5 min after their closing time.
This is the worst place I've ever been. I've had boats for 55 years. I've had dozens of motors worked on dozens of times over the years. These people quoted me a price, THEN DOUBLED IT when it was time to pay. And no, they didn't do anything other than what price was quoted for. Nothing extra. Not to mention they took 4 months to reassemble a Evinrude 28hp Special, lower unit only. And the unit was very clean, and parts were new. Motor was very clean (just painted), but when I got it back, it had scratches so deep they gouge... read more
