Called to get a claim started against one of their insured… the “agent” was rude, deeming and said “nope no coverage, and HUNG UP on us. We called the underwriter directly after and made the claim and reported the agent to the insurance company and the BBB. Do not let someone like this speak for your company, i would run far away from them. Not a good look!
