We took our new puppy in for his first check up and shots. The staff was very friendly and the Vet was very nice. The price was a surprise because it was about half of what I was expecting to pay.
Great staff and very kind people. They have rebuilding parts of their facilities which could have been chaotic, but they are so well organized that it is not.
I am really dissatisfied with this clinic, I switched my husky’s care here because they are closer. They RARELY answer the phone, I’ve only ever had one person answer one time I called out of the 5 - 7 times I had been calling. Well, she had her first visit, staff is nice but I’m having the same issue. I’ve called 5 times now on different days at different times, I’ve left 3 voicemails (over the period of at least 3 weeks), still no call back. I am to the point I’m just going to bring her back to FL Aid to Animals. They call... read more
