Never had a bad experience. It is sad that this office is closed.
The staff and doctor was extremely nice but having to wait weeks on end for a pair of glasses is a joke. If I would have known my glasses which I still don't have after a month and still waiting is extremely bad business.. I would refer people but then I would be lying. So don't waste your money buying glasses and the selection is terrible. Needless to say I couldn't wait and had to go somewhere else to buy glasses. Heck even ordered a pair online and got them in. Too bad the day I (a possible new patient) called and Rhonda decided she wanted to be rude and now lost a possible new patient. Great job with that customer service Rhonda!
Unfortunately, I wish there was a "dislike" button. Very unsatisfied with entire process for my first and only experience.
