Dr Rachel Crane is the ENT I see. I have used her for about three years. I had been having bad headaches for about 6 months. I saw at least 3 of my doctors over that time and my GP did listen, but diagnosed it as something else. Dr Crane listened again to my concern and ordered a scan. The scan showed nothing of concern, but at least I have the knowledge that it is NOT a family health issue that runs in my family. Thank you Dr Crane for listening to me.
The first time I had a negative experience with the woman scheduling my surgery; I just ignored her rude comment and answered back politely and went forward. However, today I had such a terrible experience with most likely the same woman that it actually left me in tears. It’s so unfortunate how unbelievably cruel you can be when you don’t even know or care to know the circumstances of the person on the line.
