Horrendous service, unaccommodating, inattentive. Their “go-to excuse” is we are always “busy busy busy.” After several attempts trying to get an MRI authorization referral sent over I came to realize this task is too complicated for them to do in one day. Yes, true there’s other patients etc. I’m one of them. Trying to get a higher ranking employee on the phone was to no avail. I had an appointment today and my experience with the doctor was excellent. The doctor was knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to address my concerns thoroughly. However, my experience at the front desk was very disappointing. The staff member who assisted me was rude and unhelpful from the beginning. I explained clearly that I wanted to split my payment by putting part on my HSA and having the remaining balance billed to me. She did not listen and gave me a hard time about it. I'm so impressed with the attention provided by the PA Sarah. The patient care here is fantastic. The audiologist Julia was also a pleasure to see. They were both attentive, thorough, informative, and efficient. I would highly recommend anyone needing an ENT to come to this location. Thank you.
Great office staff! Dr. Brock and team were very professional, kind and clear about my family’s care needs and what next steps will be taken as we prepare our three children for tonsillectomies. Both PAs that performed the preliminary work up were lovely, and able to soothe even our nervous and sometimes white coat averse kids to cooperate with the necessary questions & exam.
