Poorly organized, tricky website. And not only website. We wanted to pay our real estate tax and car sticker renewal. Since links to those two types of payment were next to each other, we expected a quick and smooth transaction. We entered a bank account information to avoid their $3.50 credit card fee and added this to the Cart.
