Great service, patient and kind immunization nurse. Walk in so was convenient
No one answers the phone……EVER! No matter what the extension you call. Not even the supervisors. My granddaughter, who is 19, did not know she had to bring the order for her ultrasound. No one too old her that. I know when I go for different procedures they have everything they need when the staff calls and makes the appointment. But not here. I took my daughter here for her last kindergarten vaccination when her doctor’s office didn’t have the shot we needed. The receptionists and nurse were super nice, and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes.
