This review is based on an addition that was approximately 680 square feet. I feel that Dave Hicks owner of Brevard Construction Company did an excellent job on our new addition. This home is an older Florida ranch style that is very long, adding an attractive addition to it was not an easy feat. Somehow, Dave managed to meld the ranch style home and the addition together artistically; with the end product looking even better than the home did to begin with. I was driving down I 95 while visiting Florida and a truck from this company cut me off and almost ran me off the road. When I honked the driver flipped me off. I wouldn't hire them.
