Just filed IRS form 14242 call them and the officers thanks you being a previous employee. I will also be filing a lawsuit against this firm. They are scammers and they are doing illegal padding of your taxes.
Absolutely horrible communication, they are unprofessional, and do shady things to get bigger returns. The fees they charge for their subpar service is over the top. I was charged over $600 in fees when H&R Block charges less than half of that for significantly better services. Do not go here.
I have been using this company since 2000 when Lyshaan didn’t even have an office and no staff. And for him to be neglectful as if I’m a new client is ridiculous. It’s not like you’ve ever apologized for not responding or making mistakes. Just getting the run around is POOR business etiquette.
