Called about an electrical issue on my boat. Said someone would come by late that day. No show. Called and he said he'd be by between 8 and 8:30 am. No show. Cell phone went straight to VM. Called the office # at 9:30. No answer. Left VM. They never called back. Big D Marine had someone out the same day, ordered parts, fixed it the day the parts came in.
