Beautiful neighborhood. Own a pretty house here, the quality of homes in Dallas area have not been great since the pandemic. Builders have tried to cut corners everywhere possible. That being said, all the homes (builder grade ones) have flaws. Bretton woods is no different. We like it because properties sit on a 12-15k lots and is in a great location. We did some upgrades. So, it’s great here!
Trophy plans are really good...but one of the worst builders I came across. They save every penny and doesn't maintain any standards.
I don't like bretton woods
Sloppy work. Poor customer service. Avoid at all costs.
