Receptionist lovely, wasn’t impressed with my appointment though, when I wanted to ask questions about further treatment the dentist more or less said my 15 minutes was up. £65 for nothing really, not very helpful at all, no customer care.
Friendly staff. Parking is atrocious with no dedicated area for patients. Located in a residential area, as you'd expect. Clean and well kept, but designed over 3 floors so stairs with kids is a bit of a mission.
I had a great experience at the dentist especially with the best dental nurse ever Momina,helped me a lot !.
I have a huge fear of the dentist (I'm an adult, I know!), but Maria and her dental nurse never fail to put me at ease. They have a kind, caring approach, as well as great dentistry skills - I wouldn't go anywhere else!
