We always choose Tumwater Veterinary Hospital because the care and pets, and we, are shown is so worth it. The vet always takes time, as needed, to help our dog feel safe being examined and always answers all of our questions. Vet techs and front desk staff are also always so caring and friendly.
Dr. Rubalcaba is compassionate, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I went in for what I thought would be a quick visit for my cat drooling, at worst an infection that might require an antibiotic. Turns out it is likely much worse than what we thought. The doctor delivered the news professionally and empathetically and made us feel comforted despite the tough news.
