Been doing business with State Farm most my days. Never had better service than what's provided at this branch. I think Hope O might be a troll. Many family and friends use this branch and never heard a bad review. Sometimes they have donuts for customers.
I came in to get PL/PD on a 1997 Bonneville, next thing I realize they (Brett, State Farm), signs me up for FULL COVERAGE! !!!! WHY WOULD I PUT FULL ON A 19 YEAR OLD CAR, THAT WASNT EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO GOOD CONDITION AND ITS NOT A SPORTS CAR!!! WATCH YOUR POLICY
