I initially was unsure about seeing Dr Mercer and Dr Justice. I always look at reviews and there were some very negative posts. I feel compelled to write this review. I found Dr Mercer and staff to be very professional and kind. Your appts are on time and the testing and explanations are thorough. Some tests are uncomfortable but Dr Justice is kind and tries to distract you while doing them. This guy is the absolute worst, seemed bored, would not answer question directly, never looked at the spouse of the patient and could care less what they may have to say regarding the patient condition, never, never offered any new information or ordered any test unless suggested by caregiver. Parkinson’s certainly not his speciality. I would say due to his incompetence he is somewhat responsible for the demise of my husband health. BEWARE:: showed up to my apt. on time for Dr. Mercer. Filled out new hire PPWK 6 min later. 5 min after my apt. time, a Rude nurse came out and said because I was not 30 min prior to the apt. the Dr. will not see me. Note: Never was this covered and it looks like the Dr. was running behind that day, having other apts. prior to mine waiting as well. We seen Dr Mercer today he is such a gentleman. Very Intelligent and listens to what you have to say. Very helpful and answers all questions. Office staff very attentive and great with appointments. 10 stars Dr Mercer .
Very relaxed but thorough examination. All office personnel were pleasant. Dr. Mercer is a caring and competent provider.
