It’s unfortunate to leave this review because by all appearances, Dr. Simpson is an excellent Doctor. That said, regardless of your appointment, you can expect a more than 15 minute wait time (IMO). After I finally left, I had a staff member call me and tell me that that she just wanted to check on me because she was concerned that I mentioned at the front desk at check in that it was warm in the lobby and I wasn’t feeling well so she even went to check the bathroom to see if I was ok. Very personable and professional. Spent time assessing and listening to my concerns. Arranged diagnostics and sent referral for additional treatment. Staff is friendly and respectful. Minimal wait time. Highly recommend.
Very prescise, and always too the point doesent waste time his or mine deals in upfront .
