Our experience with unit 2408 in the Phoenix West was less than optimal. Arrival was great. Folks at the front desk were cordial and efficient. The condo looked dated, but, acceptable. Before arrival, we bought $300 in groceries. Placed most of in the refrigerator. The next morning we realized the refrigerator wasn’t cool. Contacted the front desk. This is our second year to stay at the Oasis. Not as clean this year and we were left with half rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. The stand alone ice maker did not work. The refrigerator wasn't working when we first got there, which they did and someone right away to fix that. The air compressor to blow up floats didn't work half the time. It's just such a nice family place to stay, it just needs some attention.
Checked in Friday July 24, 2026. Woke up Saturday morning and tried to shower to start the day. Shower doesn’t work. Got a text from the building management and let them know the shower was broken. Return text came with a number for the desk. Called, told them the issue and they told us someone would come to repair. No one came. Sunday called again and was told someone would come. Phoenix East, Unit 808 -$1689 for 3 nights + $130 to park! 0/10 will not be back! The elevator situation at this place was like a war zone! One elevator out of the three was out of order all weekend long. We never saw a single person working to fix it. Waited over 30 minutes for an elevator when we checked in. There was a constant line all weekend! Washer and dryer do not work. Gross rust water on the laundry floor. We had to wash the same load 4 times, and they still weren’t clean. We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed.
