We stayed at the Phoenix V, Room 810. The pictures were spot on! I called at the last minute looking for a room for 2 nights and the lady Portia was extremely helpful and gave me a great deal! Thank you! Hate to leave but will definitely use Brett/Robinson again.

Beautiful condo unit (504). Well equipped and tastefully decorated. We will love to stay in this unit every time we return.
The interior is dated. Floors were dirty, air vents have mold in the vents, outdoor furniture is flaking paint and shower curtain has mold along the bottom. Three coffee pots, but no coffee. Disappointed that nothing is included such as a starter basket of essentials like extra dish washer soap, toilet paper, basic kitchen spices and a decent knife. Patio is dirty. The outside chairs need cushions otherwise you have waffle weave marks on your legs and cut off circulation. Front door is hard to lock.
