The website did not offer prices on the beach houses or condos, so I contacted the company, through their own website, and was responded to with attitude. I gave an approximate length of stay (7 or 8 nights) and even an estimated date of May/June 2016 (over a year away), with the number of people. I understood that the rates may change but the response I got was, "I'm sure we will be able to help you when you get a better idea on when and the number of nights. Great rates at Brett Robinson vacation rentals, but if you are booking for a group....BEWARE! The group sales department is basically non-existent. The only contact (LINDA) is notorious for not returing phone calls and emails. The only way that you will get a response is if she's in the mood to pick up that day.
