My original visit with this dentist was good. I will say that. But I had to cancel my following appointment for extractions, when I called to get another appointment and antibiotics, I was told I would have to pay half of the total before he would do either. What kind of doctor makes his patients suffer? Not everyone has an extra $500+ laying around to get a bottle of antibiotics and an appointment made. Eased my fears about having implants and took the time to listen. He done an excellent job with making sure everything was done right, communicating what was going on and was just an all around great guy. Would recommend him to anyone:
Dr. Brett Parrott has the bedside manner that has sadly become a lost art with so many young Dr.s. His gentle, compassionate approach took my fear and anxiety away almost immediately that Im confident most patients have when going to the dentist. At each visit he has taken the time needed to explain each treatment to ensure I had a complete understanding prior to beginning. Shout out to Dr. Brett Parrott! He is a real one. He took great care of me at Aspen Dental. I received the Motto Clear Aligners and he made sure my smile was just right. He extended my trays and adjusted my teeth multiple times to make sure my smile was just right! He truly is so generous. The rest of the staff was really friendly too. They were authentic. I appreciate what they've done for me a lot and I'd highly recommend them. God bless!
