Almost 30 yrs. Ago my husband at the time had surgery to remedy an infection that had caused reproductive damage to his vas deferens. The surgery was successful and we had a child after 1 round of IVF. A miracle. Dr. Mellinger is serious but I think you have to be to be an expert at your craft.
