The doctor is great, but the office staff is the worst. They are rude, hang up on you and appear to over bill. They do not accept credit cards nor are they able to email anything. Book keeper is extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone when trying to figure out bill. Have a question about the report and office staff will not allow you to speak with the Doctor until full payment is made even though they have received partial payment from health insurance. Very unproffesional
