Dr Cassidy and the Yorkville staff provide outstanding care to me, both on Medicaid and with regular insurance. Timely appointments and office is excellent with returning calls, almost unheard of nowadays. Dr Cassidy is gentle, listens and took enough time with my medical issue. Rachel is terrific too. Highly recommend. Took me a few gyns to finally find one I am happy with.
I’ve been through several OBs over the last several years trying to find one that I am comfortable with after my long time OB retired. After my first appointment with Dr. Cassidy, I can see why everyone recommends him. The entire appointment, from the front desk, to every nurse, was amazing. They took the time to listen to my issues and addressed them that very day. If you are Black with insurance covered by the state ? Don't come here and expect to get treated nice. OB Brett Cassidy has no bedside manners. No respect. And no care in the world about any of his clients of color. At 9 months of my pregnancy, I had to change my OB doctor just because I wasn't okay with him delivering my baby... Stay Away
