In a 2 month span of me trying to contact in regards of my insurance, I had called 12x (I do have screenshots as proof) with no answer, however the moment I use someone else’s phone, they picked up (this also happened a total of 2x) There was another employee working at the time and I gave her my card info for automatic payments, in which she didn’t and then I ended up having to pay late fees.
