Our issue was a burst flexi hose (massive flood). Brett's team was recommended to us by a neighbour. The plumber arrived promptly, fixed the leak and made other recommendations for preventative maintenance. Brett was very responsive on first contact and has written a report for our insurance company which will assist our claim. We will be sure to use his company for any future plumbing needs!
Brett and his team did an amazing job with my ensuite reno. Very professional and finished to a high standard. I absolutely love the end result. Brett was very easy to deal with. He communicated well, letting me know who was coming and when. I'm so glad I decided to go with Brett to organise all the trades rather than trying to manage it all myself, it made the whole process stress free and much quicker than if I'd tried to do it myself.
