After my appointment yesterday it was flooding rain. An employee offered to escort me to my car with an umbrella. I stated I did not want her to have to go outside in the rain. She stated… that is part of my job description with a smile. I want to give a shout out to Kim for her awesome customer service skills. Dr. Hester should be proud to have you as part of his team.
I like Dr Hester. He's always caring and asking if you have any problems that might need looking into. Always a good experience at his office. All of his staff is great too.
I saw Dr. Hester earlier this week for my routine cleaning. After he reviewed my X-rays he noticed there was a partial root from my wisdom teeth that was left behind by a different dentist.
