The experience with my appointment with Dr. Fenster was nothing short of horrific. The appointment time, a phone appointment, was scheduled for 10:00 am. I understand there is a 10 minute window to call, and at 10:13 I reached out to Kaiser scheduling. I was transferred to Kaiser Cardiology Scheduling who attempted to reach Dr. Fenster by message and phone, with no answer. Kathy the nurse was super attentive and very nice and friendly. Dr Fenster is very involved in trying to figure out what the heck's going on with me he's very knowledgeable and mostly he listens to me and my concerns.
