We’ve now used this team back-to-back on a couple of deals, and they were absolutely excellent both times. They made the loan process smooth, efficient, and stress-free from start to finish. Bret is the most caring considerate individual you will meet. His first care is always his clients and it shows in his dedication and demonstration of excellence. He continuously keeps his clients advised and aware of the process as you go through getting the mortgage completed. Selling or buying a house can be a seriously stressful situation, but Bret takes all the stress out of it for his clients. I cannot recommend him enough for your brokerage needs. Brett and his team are amazing. We had a complicated situation to tackle, and Brett did an unbelievable job making what seemed to be impossible, possible, all the while making it look easy - when clearly it could not have been. They were there 100% to do everything they could when met with an obstacle, as opposed to giving up and moving on to the next easy applicant. Truly great people!
