Dr. Fowler is my mom doctor. He did surgery on my mother & all was well. I would recommend him to others to may need a Vascular Doctor.
Dr. Fowler was my mother's surgeon last year. He explained everything that he was going to do. He would come in daily to check on her and would even check on her after his surgeries were done for the day. He is a very compassionate doctor. I am grateful for the care he gave my mother when she was alive. He is an amazing doctor and I highly recommend him.
