Changed an appointment that had waited 5 months for even with open wounds. Calling to get in as things got worse. Go to urgent care. So instead of a $0 copay it's atleast a $40 copay. 3 visits later to urgent care not getting any better just poorer. Sad sad practice. Way to go MERCY!!
