Tech support has been on the ball, the machines are the best money can buy.
Bad service department, bad parts department. Can never pick up a call . Do not buy!!!!!! Buying a lemon . Seems like they don’t know their own machine . Beware!!!!
I paíd $700.000 for my NC700 HD Breton , everything is working fine only that the disk is not being possible to store, they dont want to tell us How to fix it but send a technician They are not responding emails or Phone calls
Absolutely no assistance post sales and everything they`ll do is strictly remote. Do your homework and don`t purchase from this company or at least pray to heavens not to have any issues! God forbid! since they`re definitely not willing to help and overcharging field trips for something that should be included!
