Went to purchase a vehicle from Breton Toyota. The sales person John Jollimore assisted me. John misrepresented the vehicle from the moment he started talking. When I still agreed to purchase the vehicle on the day I picked it up I learned that the options that I was assured the vehicle had, turned out to be false. When we asked to escalate the issue, John ghosted me. Great customer service!
