Naomi does a bang-up job getting me answers to questions that I have very quickly. Her on-line manner is quite good as she provides succinct answers.
Have been with this insurance company at least 10 years for auto, home, and camper. Was great with communication on any questions we had or ID cards we needed. A couple weeks ago, our policy jumped DRASTICALLY. I sent an email to inquire what had happened. Was told they needed to get a hold of an underwriter to figure it out. Finally got an email back, and I kid you not, the explanation was "there was an 11% increase, let me know if you have any questions". I told them the increase was MORE than 11% . Heather was absolutely amazing! She was able to find policies that helped me save significantly on my home and auto. When she checked into carriers for my business and workman's comp policies, she was upfront with the fact that it was going to be significantly more expensive. I appreciated very much her honesty, and dedication to me, even though it meant I would stay with my current carrier for those two policies. Top notch customer service.
