Bretado Landscaping is under Ismael Bretado and his brother, Kevin Basio. Basio installed a French drain in my yards on May 8-9 recently. I paid him with full amount as the work was done. However when the rains came for the past few days, on May 25, I found the drain line was not functioning normally.
