Do not bill insurance for all services even though asked them to do so. They assumed would not cover but mine covers all diagnostics. Most upset they wouldnt even try. Charges extra to use FSA cards. I have used multiple chiropractors who bill insurance appropriately and then don't try to hide behind "well they don't pay" to charge full price.
