I was seen by Dr. Lashner at Cleveland Clinic for complex gastrointestinal issues, severe nutritional decline, and was diagnosed with failure to thrive. During the visit, parts of our conversation were not properly recorded due to issues with the clinic's Al documentation tool, which appeared to affect follow-up. Losing weight fast .He had me do chest x ray. Also ct scan all was sent to him. He didn't even get back with me had to message him Talked with his nurse was told he will get back to me if he wants to. Sent message asked if I should make another appointment or video conference. He told me I could if I wanted to . I'm guessing my issue of losing weight has disappeared after he read tests. Wonderful man, great doctor. I was out of hope when I came to see him. He got me into remission from Lymphocytic colitis.
Doesn’t comprehend that he isn’t the patient. He will tell you how you are feeling and will express that your pain and what you go through with is less than that what you really are physically feeling. I do not recommend at all. Very rude.
