Incredibly rude and pompous. Not a good neighbor. Threatened to tow me for using a parking spot available for multiple businesses because it was near his establishment. No towing sign or signage assigning parking spaces. When I pointed that out to him, he said he would tow me, which is illegal. If you’re looking for a good person or insurance agent, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
