Have had nothing but problems, they constantly call me the day of to reschedule my appointments as I live over an hour away and have to travel for these appointments and take time off of work which requires notice and they are constantly rescheduling and putting me behind on my braces I had issues with the billing department and overcharging me by hundreds of dollars and then having an issue with trying to give it back to me and having to fight with them to get my money back, the front desk is completely unprofessional and r... read more
Edit: From two stars to one. Out of desperation I reached out to see if I could re-establish services. I was first told yes, then told no because "Dr. Brett needs to talk to you about your google review". Will be reporting this to the BBB. (: My experience with this orthodontist was less than satisfactory from early on. Having 16 chairs all back-to-back with the provider bouncing between them felt more like a factory belt than quality care. Take it a step further, I lost my retainer after two years.
