Taryn and Heather have made our visits here an incredible experience. We've come here for about 3 years for two of my daughters’ treatments, and they've always made us feel welcomed, understood, and valued. We really loved Brent and his team, and the transition from Brent Johnson Orthodontics to Spokane Orthodontics has been rough to say the least, on everyone involved, but Taryn and Heather have been the steady in the storm, and we could not be more thankful for them!
I think alot of these reviews are right. I will say some days are busy and we wait, some days they get us right in. It depends on the days. Only once did I not love how the staff was with my kid and they did nothing wrong. They just didnt seem to care/notice my daughter was struggling. (It was over the feeling of the it felt, she struggles with change). Not there fault and they probably get it alot. It’s always been a great service and they are very sweet
We’ve had a great experience with this orthodontist office! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They do a great job making the kids feel comfortable, and everything has been a smooth experience. Highly recommend! 😊
