My visits with Dr. Frey always go the same way. I leave with an understanding of my situation. Often, he might have to dumb it down, the explanations for me to get the entire picture. Dr. Frey doesn't leave you feeling all warm and fuzzy, but he leaves you knowing that he is a skilled, competent surgeon. He presents options for his patients and presents what he believes is your best option. Honestly, he will take the time to talk with you...time. Very disappointed with the lack of care from the office staff. Starla was very rude to my daughter, my daughter is younger and is unable to walk at this time. We were told she could not receive a note stating she is unable to work or cleared to work. She has already been seen by Dr Frey, so not sure why we can’t get clarification. We can’t schedule another appointment either. Never had such trouble getting clarification on a matter or a note from a doctors office that we are receiving care from.
