Works very hard to be there for his customers. He makes house calls to explain coverage and keep customers comfortable, leaves immediately to be on the scenes of fires, and has personally picked up customers when their vehicles broke down. Great guy with integrity.

Very knowledgeable agent. I have had good experiences with him and his staff is always friendly.
He does not return phone calls. I have spelled out what I need him to fill out on a form, and he keeps sending me the same wrong from day after day. My apartment was robbed, and he forwarded all my calls to a call center instead of helping me himself. I cancelled my policy and still got charged for the next month. Avoid him at all costs.
