We have had seasonal Services for years. However, the last time they came to do the lawn fertilizing and weed control- it was only a partial job. They did the front, then brought a hand spreader but only did a quarter of the back lawn. We talked to our account rep as well as the individual who did the last one- he claims he did the full back yard. Quote for services misrepresented trying to resolve case but no inenot even owner calls back. We were charged 400 plus dollars for literally 10 minutes of work to lib off our lilac bushes. No skills were involved We thought the bushes were going to get professionally pruned. Cant believe they have a talk show. Maybe we have to call in to resolve. We have made at least 6 phone calls and have sent emails. They probably dont care and will send our account to a collection agency ****** and ***************************
They are only interested in big money projects..not the average homeowner projects. I contacted them for a small project which dragged on for months due to emails being answered weeks after I sent them. I never felt that the person I was working with had any interest at all. The one design he presented for my project was amateurish at best, and I didn't think it would work in this area. I asked for and suggested other plant possibilities, but was no longer contacted. We had seasonal services put in our irrigation system. We had them do our landscaping last year and decided to add the irrigation system this year. I was a little concerned due to them having to dig up the yard, but they left the yard in great condition. Where they had to dig, they put soil and added seed. It looks perfect. They really do pay attention to the detail. Thanks again seasonal services.
Seasonal services just completed our landscaping needs. It is beautiful. The work was artistically completed. The grass is looking good. They seeded the bare spots reformed our mulch beds and raised some low spots. Chris came and gave us information on winterizing our plants. I can’t thank Kyle and Chris enough for thei efficient follow up and their care in the detail
