Constantly an hour plus late with appointments, with zero apologies for patients time, doesn’t listen to the patient, doesn’t communicate with the patient, talks down to the patient, takes photos with personal cell phone of patient, no communication for medication changes with patient just cancels refills electronically. I have fired this provider and the late lacking service that he kinda provides. If there was zero stars that is what my review would have been. Dr Ancowitz is a top- notch Dr in all respects- he took the time to find out what all my issues were and I could tell he cared! I had 2 procedures done and felt both times that I was in the best hands- he made sure at all visits that I knew what was going on and why and did not leave until he knew he had answered all my questions. The times I called the office, either he or his nurse got back to me in a timely manner w answers to any concerns I had.
