they got us in for a very last minute appointment when my guinea pig ripped her toe nail out and was bleeding heavily. the staff is so kind and accommodating and thanks to them my guinea pigs toe is healing very well!
I am very thankful to this hospital for their kindness, honesty, and the way they truly care for animals. They supported us with compassion until the very last moment. The treatment costs were fair compared to other places, and they always followed up on their patients. I really appreciate everything they did for Milo and for us.
UPDATE: Please see the response provided by Leanna Duckworth (owner) to my review. Key Detail: she states "we are sorry to see this post occurred" as opposed to "we are sorry this was your experience" - disgusting behaviour. Leanna Duckworth, I did not realize a conversation and a ‘discount’ was exchange for my silence. From the moment my senior dog and I met Dr. Duckworth, I knew she was truly special. My dog has always struggled with extreme fear and anxiety at veterinary appointments, so much so that previous vets required oral sedatives before visits (which never really worked anyway).
