I had a really disappointing experience here. I was left waiting in the exam room for Dr. Stephanie Rivera-Segarra for over 40 minutes, completely undressed except for the paper gown, and no one checked in on me or gave any explanation for the delay. No one apologized or even offered to reschedule me. I expected more care and professionalism, especially in such a vulnerable setting.

Went for my yearly check up, the service was super quick and efficient, was in and out in less than 30 mins. Both the doctor and the assistant were extremely professional. Front desk staff were also very helpful and nice. I called to schedule a follow up appointment and Chimere was able to help me on the spot.
In March, I had an appt. With the endocrinologist, Dr. Goyhkman. Everything went well ! I was seen on time, the stafff was pleasant, phone responses were cordial & helpful & the consultation with Dr G was re-assuring. Dr G advised another test to be sure there is no serious problem. Awaiting results now, so all OK, (so far).!
Is the first time that a Dr tells me that I’m rude because I told the assistant in kind of joking manner that I I have to much clothing and she was going to ck my weight I work with a Dr for 34 years and this is the first for me rude you have no clue if how a Dr should treat a patient
