Cut over 4 inches of my hair! She cut it exactly the way I wanted it ! And the bounce was out of this world!!!!

This business changed my appointment without telling me and once I noticed I tried to call 5 times…left a message on the app, called the booking app, messaged her on ig and sent an email. The assistant also called me as well to confirm a few mins before appointment which I explained to her my appointment was switched and that the time didn’t work for me yet I still was charged $50.00. This is unacceptable and unprofessional! I have filed a claim with my police credit union. Do better!

I was helped by Paris. She is really helpful and very friendly, she is a joy to talk to. I haven’t gotten many services by her but I’m very pleased with the curls she gave me for my special event. Paris is the only stylist who did not discriminate me for my hair type and thickness, she instead boosted my confidence and removed some weight off of my neck for me (I have A LOT of hair.) Thank you, Paris, for giving me my first real hair style for the ball.

Runnnnn! This is one of the worst shops I have encountered. Bre has a very negative d nasty presence. It’s sets the tone for the shop and doesn’t make you feel comfortable or welcome in HER shop. Ruth and Shoni are sweethearts and I feel bad for them having to deal with the negativity. I was there getting my hair done and Bre and my stylist literally started arguing over the cape I was wearing and who folds the towels.
