I made a haircut appointment for Saturday morning. Thursday evening a conflict with the appointment came up, and I used my appointment confirmation to Cancel the appointment. The Cancellation Policy is 12 hours. This was about 36 hours before the appointment. The online system failed. I tried again Friday morning about 24 hours before the appointment. It failed again.
