My cat needed a Dental cleaning, which required anesthesia… It’s technically a surgery. Dr. Frautschy and staff communicated superby on what was going to happen and kept me in the loop. They always take such good care of my kitty. She goes often for nail trimming. I really appreciated their text checking on my kitty 2 days after her dental appointment. That really means a lot.! Everyone here, from the front desk ladies to the tech and vet, were all so lovely! Very warm and welcoming! I find alot of techs and vets pushy at times, but they weren't at all. and my baby loved it as well; they made both of us feel very comfortable :) Thank you- we appreciate you!
Love your clinic! Dr. Frauchy is a gem! The staff is kind and caring and handle even the most difficult patients with care and compassion.
