I like the doctors, however, in 5 years, they have never been available when I needed them. I was refused service and told to go to Blue Pearl where they do not know my dog, takes 2 to 4 hours to be seen, and costs 300 to 400 dollars. He was crying and vomiting but I did NOT need emergency care just a vet visit. Too busy they said all 3 times hen I needed them.
