Excellent customer service. They were busy and still took the time to help layout out my carpet racks properly and load up on the spot .

While the initial interactions with Brentwood Surplus was wonderful, there was an error in part of what we received. Upon reaching out they acknowledged the error/miscommunication during finalization, and said they would come pick up what was incorrect and issue a full credit. After months of not hearing from anyone I reached back out and was told the same thing again, this time by the owner.
