I had knee surgery today and my experience was amazing… everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. Melissa put in my IV and it was totally painless and with no bruising… anesthesia with Alyssa was the best!! Dr Dierckman is so talented and I love that my surgery was right on time! I would give more stars if I could!
I was really nervous about my procedure but the staff answered all of my questions before I even asked them. The staff anticipated my concerns which gave me a peace of mind. Very clean facility and very friendly staff. From the time I scheduled, to check in, to after when they walked me to my car, I felt I was in good hands. Thank you !!!
Awful!!!! Pick somewhere else. The Dr. abandoned my treatment after the surgery. Advised emergency room for post operative care. Raised fee the for service when I used care credit and then Fraudulently charged my care credit card for additional money I did not authorize.
It was a great experience and everyone was so friendly before surgery and after! This center is so clean and so modern! It was a great experience for my surgery yesterday! Dr. Thomson did amazing with my surgery. We were not pleased that I had to pay my deductible up front. Struggled to get the money for the surgery. There has be another way to get around it. Most people don't have that kind of money laying around and we expect some sort of refund after all this settles.
1pm the day before your surgery is NOT the correct time to notify someone of what time to be there for Surgery. You not only need to be better, but you should be anything other then what you are.
