Awful!!!! Pick somewhere else. The Dr. abandoned my treatment after the surgery. Advised emergency room for post operative care. Raised fee the for service when I used care credit and then Fraudulently charged my care credit card for additional money I did not authorize.
It was a great experience and everyone was so friendly before surgery and after! This center is so clean and so modern! It was a great experience for my surgery yesterday! Dr. Thomson did amazing with my surgery. We were not pleased that I had to pay my deductible up front. Struggled to get the money for the surgery. There has be another way to get around it. Most people don't have that kind of money laying around and we expect some sort of refund after all this settles.
1pm the day before your surgery is NOT the correct time to notify someone of what time to be there for Surgery. You not only need to be better, but you should be anything other then what you are.
Can't not speak on the billing aspect of it.but from the moment I went in til the time I got in the car , the staff was amazing front desk nurses doctors recovery nurses were so nice had surgery 3/14/2025
$14k for a traditional colonoscopy. That is what I was billed. That is not the anesthesiologist or doctor. That is just for a 15 minute procedure there….. was I scammed??? My portion to max out my deductible is $6k. Insanity! Anyone know if I can challenge it?
